Abstract

The processes of institutionalization of evaluation in the field of public policy is a complex phenomenon in which a multiplicity of actors and various factors involved; in which they can recognize different political and cultural technical dimensions. The characteristics of these processes are approached – at the project "Production of knowledge in the field of research in social sciences and in public policy " Institutional Recognition Program of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UBA - from two complementary ways: the bibliographical analysis of texts and interviews to different professionals .
