Environmental philosophy in the country, its reception and assimilation
Keywords:
Environmental philosophy, ecosophy, Argentine contemporary philosophyAbstract
We refer here to the reception of environmental philosophy in Argentina, considering those existing theoretical frameworks which have better provided for its assimilation and inclusion. Diverse academic groups are currently working in the context of environmental philosophy, following approaches already acknowledged and considered canonical, a fact which has undoubtedly resulted in facilitating its reception and assimilation. The relationships between eco-philosophy and Heidegger's thought, Morin's integral and complex paradigm, Nudler's theory of controversial spaces, and the schema of convergent ethics will be discussed. Finally, there are some lines to follow, on which we are currently working.
