An introduction to a human rights-based approach and its uses for public policy by Kirchnerism

This work makes a general introduction to a human rights-based approach and its uses by social research. In the first part, this research develops a current-situation review as regards this issue and examines the main features of this approach, distinguishing this from the needs-based approach and welfare theories. In the second part, this research incorporates elements to conceptualize and analyze Kirchnerism´s public policies and the hegemonic construction dynamics, in connection with a human rights-based approach.
