The COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina, as well as in many parts of the world, affected the organization of health services and had serious consequences on health teams, in relation to the pre-existing labor and biosafety conditions in each institution, but also in terms of the stress with which they began to live and work daily. This research focused on mental health professionals, who continued their work living under the same risks and stress situations as their patients. In order to describe and compare the emotional reactions and personal and professional resources used by therapists both at 15 days and at 120 days after confinement, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out. The surveys were taken online. The emotional states of uncertainty, anxiety, fear and sleep disturbance were the most prevalent and sustained over time. The decrease in fear and rest stands out compared to the increase in anger.
