Abstract

Territorial development is understood as a process of social construction of the environment, driven by the interaction between geophysical characteristics, individual and collective initiatives of different actors and the operation of economic, technological, sociopolitical, cultural and environmental forces in the territory (ECLAC). For this reason, this work seeks to know the territorial references of La Matanza and their interactions, through a Mapping of Key Actors, within the framework of the Community Intervention Program in Vulnerable Neighborhoods. Through this methodology, their institutional profiles, capacities and experiences of intersectoral coordination will be analyzed. To do this, a survey form applied during interviews with key informants from government institutions and civil society was used. Strengths and weaknesses were detected that question the true possibilities they have in the search for common objectives, which allow reaching minimum cooperation agreements from which to build the common project.
