A contribution to understand group, social and institutional processes in public relations

Many methodology and concept tools are to be applied in the professional Public Relations. Among the tools needed are those to understand and analyse the setting up and dynamics of social groups; the institutional framework and its effects on discourse, praxis and exchange within a specific time and context. The idea of conceptual crossbreeding articulates the complexity of the article. It aims to broaden the graduates’ training as scenery analysts, by discussing authors and concepts in Public Relations. The concept of work is an underpinning axis to think the social, historical and institutional framework and its impact on organizations.
