Researching organizations: research methodologies for the intervention in their communication
Keywords:
Communication and organizations, intervention, methodologies and techniquesAbstract
This paper aims to discuss the approach and intervention of communication in the organizations. The organizations say something about themselves at the same time they are the object of (self) representation. In this sense, this paper reviews the methodologies used to “look at” communication in organizations, as a starting point for their intervention and planning. Different techniques and instruments of data collection are highlighted, and their scopes and possibilities discussed.
