With this work, we set out to characterize how technological changes affect the field of labor relations and require the formation of new skills in workers. More specifically, it seeks to reconstruct the perspective of the actors of the world of work and the State associated with employment and training policies on technological and organizational change in labor relations and in the required occupational skills. To this end, the opinions of technical and institutional referents on current technological and organizational changes that impact the world of work will be taken as the axis. Likewise, these changes in terms of regulations in labor relations in the face of new forms of employment will be analyzed, and the policies and actions in the field of vocational training linked to these labor, productive and technological changes will be characterized.
