Abstract

This paper aims to clarify the Hegelian interpretation of “revolution” and “reform” concepts, according to his political theory and analysis of the German reality of his time. To do this, we focus on (a) Hegel's view on the French Revolution and (b) understanding of Napoleon as a great teacher of public law.
