Abstract

This paper aims to highlight State intervention through continuities and transformations leading to women’s inclusion in the labor field. In addition, The National Commission on Learning and Vocational Guidance under the Ministry of Labor and Welfare is analyzed as a political tool in workers´ job training. This approach presents the State as a medium for social distribution of knowledge; and education as a means towards upward social mobility which dignifies workers.
